Ever wondered about whether Woody from Toy Story had a surname? To be honest, you probably haven't, but it turns out that he does. So what do you think that it might be?
Well Lee Unkrich, who's currently hard at work directing the third Toy Story movie, has the answer, saying on his Twitter feed that, "Woody’s actual full name is ‘Woody Pride’ and has been since the earliest days of developing the original Toy Story.”
Apparently the full name has been out there for quite a while, however it's been completely overlooked by most people as it's never actually mentioned in the films (and won't be in next year's Toy Story 3). However other materials released by Pixar have given people the full name, but it's never been widely reported (even Unkrich didn't realise it had gotten out before until after he'd announced it on Twitter).
So there you go - Woody Pride. Hmm, think I'll still just call him Woody.
