After Steven Soderbergh's plans to make The Man From UNCLE fell through, he quickly moved to replace it with a movie called The Side Effects. With the director hoping to start shooting in April, he's now starting to cast the film, with Blake Lively, Jude Law, and Channing Tatum have joined the cast of The Side Effects (previously known as The Bitter Pill) for director Steven Soderbergh, according to ThePlaylist.
The story centres on Emily Hawkins (Blake Lively), a young woman who becomes dependent on prescription drugs out of fear her husband will be released from prison soon. Channing Tatum will play the husband, and Jude Law will portray Emily's new therapist. Doesn't sounds like a barrel of laughs but could be interesting.
