With Zoe Saldana's new action movie Colombiana just out in the US and coming to the UK imminently, it's a good time to annoucne what the up and coming actress will be doing next. That's just what's happened, as THR reports she is attached to the supernatural project Dominion for Paramount Pictures.
Dean McCreary and Chester Hastings are writing the screenplay for this thriller, which centres on a woman (Zoe Saldana) who is half-human and half-angel. However, not much more is known about the plot that that.
Saldana's career is certainly on the rise, with Star Trek and Avatar having helped turn her into a leading lady, and Colombiana proving that he can head up a movie on her own. However with more Star Trek and Avatar on the way, she'll have to fit this one in quickly before then.
