Does anyone still care about Resident Evil? That seems to be the question the folks over at Sony Screen Gems are asking, and as a result they're trying to bump up the hype levels before Resident Evil: Afterlife's September release, which will see the franchise turn 3D for the first time. As a result we have a rather spiffy new poster (via Ultimate Resident Evil), showing Milla Jovovich once more getting out her guns as all-action Alice.
In this instalment she's joined by Ali Larter as Clare Redfield, while Wentworth Miller will be Chris Redfield, with Alice arriving in Los Angeles to find the city overrun with the undead! The official synopsis previously promised us that 'her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend.' Now it seems we know who that old friend is as Jovovoich has confirmed via her Twitter feed that “So to answer many of your questions in one fell swoop, yes! The gorgeous and talented Sienna Guillory is back as Jill Valentine in RE4!!!”
