This Means War has been around for years, with numerous actors attached. However it didn't come together until McG signed on to direct and hired Chris Pine and Tom Hardy to star. However, whether they should have bothered is still tough to tell. Hardy and Pine play spies who both fall for Reese Witherspoon and end up fighting for her affections in a rather explosive fashion. Each tries to sabotage the other's chances, hopefully to comedic effect. To be honest, despite the talent line-up, the jury's still out on whether the premise is just too cringe-inducing to produce a workable film, but it's due in cinemas next February, and you can get your first taste by clicking below.
