I know just seeing the title of this post was enough to get you excitedly calling all your friends and family to tell them the news, but yes it's true - they made a third Step Up movie, it's going to be in 3D, and now the trailer is here. Now stop whooping with joy and calm down! The flick introduces us to more dodgy acting, slight romance and lots and lots of people flinging themselves around the room in funky fashion, and means you won't just have to watch the DVDs of the first two films on repeat anymore. In fact it seems to be the year of 3D dance, as while Hollywood is bringing us Step Up 3D, the UK is getting its first three-dimensional movie in the form of Streetdance 3D, featuring Britain's Got Talent's George Sampson, Diversity and Flawless, you can watch the trailer for that here. Step Up 3D is currently scheduled for release in the UK on August 13th.
