New Karate Kid Remake Trailer

Although I known it's popular to hate remakes on principle, I have to say The Karate Kid do-over looks like it could be pretty good. Moving the action from America to China, Jaden Smith (Will's son) plays a boy whose mother moves him to Asia, where he finds himself lonely and picked on by the kids in his new school. However he finds a mentor in Mr. Han (Jackie Chan), who teaches him kung fu so that he can face down the bullies. The new trailer is pretty good, although it does make the film look like it's mainly about taking off and putting on coats. The Karate Kid hits UK cinemas in July.
