Following the likes of Control, biopics of old British rockers seem quite popular at the moment. The latest is Mat Whitecross' take on the life if Ian Dury, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, with Andy Serkis as the Blockheads singer, who was partially paralysed by polio as a trial, grew up to have great success in the music business (including penning the song the film's title is taken from), before dying of cancer in 2000. The biopic of the outspoken Dury is out in UK cinemas on January 8th, but click below for the trailer.
