Harrison Ford sure likes saving families. Most of his recent films seem to be generically named movies about him saving a family from something or other. However his new film looks like it could be a fight to help a family that's more than worthwhile.
In Extraordinary Measures he plays a doctor who helps John and Aileen Crowley (Brendan Fraser and Kerri Russell) after their children are diagnosed with Pompe disease, which they're initially told will be fatal. Now the first pic from the film has shown up online (see right), as well as a featurette about the Crowley parents and their fight to help their kids, which also includes a visit to the film set. It's certainly an inspirational story, so click below to take a look. The film is due out next spring.
